This pack contains one dozen 1Wing™ fletching systems specifically engineered for archers who demand consistent accuracy at longer distances. Designed for outdoor target shooters, 3D competitors, and hunters shooting beyond 40 yards, the 1Wing helps stabilize arrow flight for tighter groups and repeatable performance in real-world conditions.

Like the 1Vane™, the 1Wing features the same fast, simple installation system with no jig, no glue, and no cleanup required. Its durable, flexible construction allows archers to build arrows quickly while maintaining reliable flight characteristics shot after shot.

The 1Wing is optimized for:

  • Long-range accuracy
  • Consistent broadhead and field point flight
  • Wind-resistant arrow stabilization
  • Outdoor target and 3D archery applications
  • Fast, repeatable arrow builds

Manufactured from a highly flexible material, the 1Wing stretches considerably to fit a wide range of shaft diameters while maintaining a secure fit and dependable performance.

Sizing Information:

  • Micro Size: 5.5mm opening — fits shafts up to 6.9mm outside diameter
  • Standard Size: 7.0mm opening — fits shafts up to 9.5mm outside diameter

Choose 1Wing™ if you:

  • Demand accuracy at distance
  • Shoot beyond 40 yards
  • Need consistency in varying conditions
  • Want a faster, easier arrow build system without sacrificing performance

The 1Wing is designed to provide superior stabilization compared to conventional 3-vane systems.

At first glance, the 1Wing may resemble a 2-vane setup. However, when viewed from end to end, its hollow wing design creates the functional equivalent of a 4-vane system.

That increased effective surface area improves stabilization throughout flight, helping arrows recover faster and maintain consistency downrange.

The result is a vane system engineered to deliver increased control, stability, and confidence shot after shot.

If you are unsure of which size 1Vane you should purchase, the following guidelines will help you choose the right size.

·       If you know the inside diameter of your arrow:

o   All 0.166" arrows will use the micro size 1Vane

o   0.204" / 5mm arrows should use the micro size 1Vane.

o   All shafts with an inside diameter greater than 0.204" should choose the standard size 1Vane.

·       If you know what nock size you are using:

o   X-Nock is micro size 1Vane.

o   H-Nock could use either size.  If using a wrap or want a fit that is not extremely tight, opt for the standard size.

o   S-Nock is standard size 1Vane.

·       You can measure the outside diameter of the shaft using a caliper.

·       A quick internet search will usually get you the outside diameter of your shaft.

·       Reach out to us via email or phone and we will let you know which size to purchase.

The 1Wing is designed to improve flight characteristics and tighten grouping, especially at longer distances.

In wind tunnel testing, the 1Wing generated 3200+ RPM, more than 10x the spin rate of a conventional 3-fletch arrow with a 2° offset.

In archery, increased spin is widely recognized as a major contributor to improved consistency, stability, and accuracy. Historically, the tradeoff for higher spin has been increased drag.

The 1Wing was engineered to overcome that tradeoff.

By producing dramatically higher spin with efficient aerodynamics, the 1Wing delivers increased stability, improved broadhead tuning, and more consistent downrange performance.

Many shooters testing the 1Wing at TAC reported improved long-range performance, tighter groups, and increased confidence at distance.

The 1Wing is designed to improve trajectory and downrange performance, particularly beyond 50 yards.

Extensive field testing and shooting machine data have shown measurable trajectory gains compared to conventional vane systems.

The exact improvement depends on arrow speed and setup, but many archers can expect meaningful sight tape gains at longer distances.

For bows shooting 280+ FPS, gains of approximately 20 additional yards are common. For setups shooting 300+ FPS, gains can reach 30 yards or more.

The increased spin generated by the 1Wing creates aerodynamic advantages that help maintain lift and efficiency as the arrow travels downrange.

The result is flatter trajectory, improved long-range performance, and increased confidence when shooting extended distances.

The 1Wing is designed to reduce wind drift and improve consistency in crosswind conditions.

Its unique hollow wing design creates an aerodynamic advantage that differs from traditional vane systems.

During forward flight, the 1Wing behaves like a 4-vane system, providing strong stabilization and spin.

In crosswind conditions, however, the design reduces the amount of surface area exposed to the wind compared to conventional vanes.

Because the arrow is constantly rotating, portions of the wing present minimal surface area to the crosswind during flight. This reduces the amount of force the wind can apply to the arrow.

The result is reduced wind drift and improved downrange consistency when conditions become challenging.

The 1Wing is designed to reduce clearance issues while increasing sight picture flexibility.

Unlike traditional vane systems, the 1Wing is shot from the rest in a horizontal position.

This orientation can provide approximately 0.25–0.4 inches of additional clearance from the sight housing, depending on setup.

For many archers, that added clearance translates to roughly 15 additional yards on their sight tape.

When combined with the trajectory improvements of the 1Wing, many shooters report total sight tape gains of 30–40 yards.

The result is more usable sight range, improved flexibility, and greater confidence in demanding shooting situations.

Sizing was a little hard to understand I ended up buying the right size and they fly fantastic and the sound is very minimal but the sizing chart could be better.

Thank you for the feedback! We’re glad you got the right size and are seeing fantastic flight with minimal sound. We agree that our sizing information can be clearer, and we’re actively working to improve the sizing guide and make choosing the correct size easier. We appreciate you helping us get better!

I shot this wing and I really like it I’m gonna hunt with it this season. I like the design and how small it is and it flies well for me all the way out to 60 yards good enough for my sight tape.

Good luck on your hunt! Thanks for the business!

Tested 1 wing hunting antelope in windy Wyoming this year. Wind drift was less then high profile vanes and they shot the same as my 5 fletch witch i was sighted in for out to 100 yards! Upon pass through the 1 wing was laying on the ground at point of impact and arrow was about 10 yards past. They have never moved during regular shooting but made it nice to starter a blood trail at the point of impact. Field points, mechanical and fixed blades with s will tuned bow all hit the same for me. Would recommend for anyone! Thanks, Brian B.

Thanks for putting the 1Wing through a true hunting test. We’re glad to hear they handled Wyoming wind well, matched your 5-fletch setup out to 100 yards, and performed consistently with field points, mechanicals, and fixed blades.

The 1Wing marking the point of impact on the pass-through is a great real-world example of an added benefit in the field. We really appreciate the detailed feedback and recommendation!

I placed my order they shipped it promptly!
Super stoked on the fast delivery.

Too busy to play with them but they were here and waiting for me.

I finally got my kinetic pierce platinum 300’s and proceeded to install my first 1 wing.

I inspected each vane and chose to install one that looked different than all the rest. It looks like it was the first or last one printed in a batch. It had what appeared to be thin areas and tiny nipples pointing out of the back of the vane. I wish I took a pic before installing.

I deployed rubbing alcohol like the video showed. I used (70%) and started to slide the vane on to a shaft only to watch the vane slowly dissolve/melt.

That week I picked up some hand sanitizer to install the remaining vanes.
They all when it on without an issue.

I am drawing 65 lbs at 29” on a Mathews Reezen 7.0 I have recently built.
I have Easton 75 gr full outs on the tip with 100gr leading the way. My system is set up for hunting with a 13% FOC with a total weight of 472 per built arrow.

She hits pretty hard.
I have heard these vanes are designed to potentially come off upon impact to mark the location of penetration.

I didn’t anticipate them sliding down the shaft every shot.
At 20 yds they group inside of a dime. -cherry
They have a unique growl to them in flight.

They fly laser straight from a bow that has been tuned with a new cam, string, cable- all axis’ leveled, squared and then paper tuned.
Waiting on the weather now to shoot at 40 & 60 yds.

In a hunting scenario I only need them to work once and I’m good..but I love to shoot and having to measure and re-tune them every shot hasn’t been practical.
I know this bow/set up has some serious kinetic energy and these vanes have them rifling like mad but when they hit the vane keeps spinning and slides and inch to an inch and half away from the installed position.

I have pics to share of the melted inferior vane I tried to use first.
If I can stop them from continuing in flight after every shot that would be ideal.

Thanks for the detailed feedback and for giving the 1Wing a thorough test. We’re glad to hear you’re seeing excellent groups and straight arrow flight.
We did reach out directly because the one 1Wing you described was clearly not representative of what we expect from the product, but did not hear back from you. We also recommend using a small amount of double-sided tape or a drop of glue to prevent the 1Wing from sliding on impact. We have videos on our YouTube channel demonstrating that installation method.
We also recommend bare shaft tuning for best performance with the 1Wing and also have a video on YouTube demonstrating this. We appreciate the detailed review and hope the additional setup information helps you get the performance you’re looking for at longer distances.

Very easy to install onto arrows, and I am getting good groups similar to regular vanes. Cons are that they are pretty loud in flight and you could have clearance issues with your sight or even the riser itself. Overall they are a good product that is simple to use, you just have to pay attention to the clearance of your bow.

Thanks for your feedback and check out our blog on sound which is posted on our website. Thanks for your business!

Product is exactly as described. Pro: Found to be advantageous cutting the wind than traditional fletching.. Con: Found the 100 yd had a 1 yard lower point of impact than my 3 fletched arrows. Claims where mentioned of showing greater efficiency at longer ranges out to 100 yds with higher impacts than traditional fletch. Overall I like and appreciate this product and will continue using them. Super easy and very durable

Thanks for the picture and for the business!

Great to see the picture! Thanks!

I gave the 1Wing vanes a chance based on them advertising similar to better performance as standard vanes with less install effort. The 1Wing vanes were quick and easy to install, as advertised, with no noticeable difference in my group size vs my typical 3 fletch TAC driver vanes. Give them a try If you're looking for a "no hassle" TAC fletching option that doesn't sacrificing accuracy.

I'm planning to get a pack of the 1Vanes for whitetail, I'm interested to see how they fly with broadheads and any challenges with arrow pass through.

We look forward to hearing back on your experience. Thanks!

I have been shooting and repairing bow/crossbows for the last 25 years. Well as a right handed archery for 55 years. This year came with damage to my right eye and unable to identify anything but movement. I have had learn to shoot left handed. I am always looking for more time to practice. These products give that time and they fly/group great. I have been recommending them to all my archers I deal with.
See attached 40 yards group.
Great product!!!

Thanks for sharing your story and for giving our products a try!

What a fantastic product! I’ll start by saying I was skeptical when I was told in an email that “the wing can control any broadhead on the market.” However, I was intrigued by the design and just had to try them for myself. First, the weight is consistent, and they are no heavier than the average three vane setup. Secondly, they are flexible and VERY durable once glued to the shaft. My arrows did not allow for a friction fit, and the double sided tape didn’t work to my liking either, especially on target pass-throughs. Hot glue doesn’t stick to these, and neither did the Loctite super glue I tried. However, I’ve had great success with Gorilla super glue in the past, so I’m sure that would work. The 2P10 glue I used on the 1 Wing sticks very well. Concerning broadhead flight, my goal was to pair these with the 1 5/8” Simmons Land Shark. I’ve you’ve never handled a Shark, they are simply MONSTER heads. So, I was not surprised when the Wing wouldn’t guide these big heads very well. However, upon corresponding with the company again, I revisited my bow and did some more fine tuning. To my delight, these unique little buggers now fly accurately out to 50 yards, even with these giant blades attached! I will likely be shooting these this year. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking to limit their fletching time while improving broadhead flight. Great product, guys!

Thank you! We really appreciate you working with us to get the most out of your set up and for your specific use. Can't wait to hear your success in shooting the 1Wing this year!

I'm a little disappointed with this product. I watched several videos and read as much information about this product before buying it. My goal was to have a tighter pin gap/faster site tape and I found there to be no change. I shot them out to 100 yards and did not find them shooting any higher than my current DCA fletching.

You should have gotten 10-15 more yards just from clearance as you can dial your sight housing down closer to the shaft. Additional yardage beyond that depends on individual arrow setups. Based on shooter feedback we see about 70% of shooters gain downrange trajectory. So far, based on the data I have gathered I can narrow it down to three factors that impact whether or not you get additional yardage and how much. The first is arrow weight. If your arrow weighs 450 grains or more there is little to no additional gain in yardage. The lighter the arrow the greater the impact. Second is FOC. It appears that the higher the FOC the lesser the downrange impact. We are still gathering data, but it appears anything above 13% negates the Magnus Effect on trajectory. Finally, which vanes you currently shoot do matter. You are using DCA's so you already have some of the lowest drag vanes on the market. That is especially the case with mini-sabers.

We do appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. If there is anything more we can do, please reach out via email.
