This pack contains one dozen 1Vanes specifically designed for archery applications. Engineered to enhance arrow flight stability and accuracy, these vanes provide consistent aerodynamic performance under varied shooting conditions. Crafted for archers seeking reliable and precise fletching components to improve shot consistency and overall performance.

1Vane is manufactured from a highly flexible material that will stretch considerably.  As such, there are only two sizes of 1Vane.  The 1Vane micro size has an opening of 5.5mm but will fit any shaft up to 6.9mm outside diameter.  The 1Vane standard size has an opening of 7.0mm but will fit any shaft up to 9.5mm outside diameter.

Traditional vanes set at a 2° offset typically generate around 320 RPM in flight. The 1Vane generates approximately 1400 RPM.

That increase in spin improves arrow stabilization and helps produce more consistent flight and tighter grouping.

In conventional vane systems, increased spin usually comes with a major tradeoff: increased drag. That added drag can reduce downrange performance and arrow efficiency.

The 1Vane was engineered differently.

Because of its unique design, the 1Vane achieves dramatically higher spin with only a nominal increase in drag. Traditional vanes are generally limited to 4–5° of offset, while the 1Vane effectively operates closer to 12° of offset.

In real-world shooting, many archers report equal or improved grouping out to 40–50 yards, along with improved broadhead stabilization and easier tuning.

o   All 0.166" arrows will use the micro size 1Vane

The 1Vane measures approximately 1 inch at its widest point.

Most conventional vanes measure between 1.25 and 1.5 inches wide, depending on vane style and shaft diameter.

When shot point-down from a fall-away rest, the narrower 1Vane profile provides roughly 0.5 inches of additional clearance compared to standard vanes.

That added clearance can reduce contact issues with:
• Cables
• Sight housings
• Rest components

For archers struggling with clearance, this can be a major advantage.

So far so good! I’m still testing but it groups as well as my other arrows. Super easy to install if leave your nock on. I did use the double sided tape. I slide the one vane up to where the nock meets the arrow put the tape at the bottom of the vane put rubbing alcohol on the tape then slide over the tape and that sucker is on there! That way all vanes are at the same point. Hope this helps!

Excellent flight after bare shaft Tune on both my compound and Recurve with flipper rest. Definitely affects dynamic spine differently than conventional Vane’s, but if you group tune your shafts, this is a game changer.

One thing that should be mentioned on the website is the helical direction, so that single bevel shooters can order the right direction of broad head to match.

I shot 50 shots yesterday I put the micro vains on my Easton 5.0 match grade arrows they fly great it was so easy to put them on the arrows I shot them from 10 yards out to 50 yards with field points tomorrow when I shoot ill use broadheads I getting good tight groups they fly great.

Went to the range and shot the 1 vane on two arrows and blazers on two arrows. The 1 vane was grouping fantastic. I shot at 20,30,and 40 with consistent arrow flight and hitting in the "10" ring . Very visible on the target also. A great product. Now I have to change more arrows over to the 1 vane.

After reviewing the You tube video with Dan Staton & Steve Bytna, where Steve explained the 1 vane & wing design, I placed my order for a dozen 1 vanes to test and see how the 1 vane product performs.
I also reviewed some other Youtube videos that were very positive

Result: I’m very happy with my 1 vane arrow grouping and soon, I’m going to purchase a dozen red 1 wings to test as well.

Out here in the southwest us archers shoot distances of 60 + yards on a regular basis. I do a FITA 900 round every Sunday with about 20 + regular archers. I'm looking ahead to some great FITA, 3D, Field and indoor scores.

They worked great and had great control of my arrows. There’s no issues paper tuning as they leave an identical hole to regular fletchings. My one piece of advice is buy extra and shoot 1-2 arrow groups as the profile is larger and I have shot several arrows through them. In my opinion the convenience is worth it and I don’t have to deal with an expensive or time consuming fletching process.

still playing with them. they work but move down the arrow with my home maid target, sudden stopping of arrow. you are first rate at handling issues with product.

Thank you for the kind words about our customer service! With harder-stopping targets, the 1Vane can sometimes move on the shaft from the sudden impact. A small piece of double-sided tape or even a small drop of glue can help keep it in position. We appreciate you giving them a try and continuing to put them through their paces!

Not a fan. Seems to be very loud. Was louder than my max hunter Vanes. Flew ok with no retune I did have one vane that seemed to shoot WAY off no matter the orientation I put in on the arrow. Honestly that vane reminded me of putting a big fixed blade broadhead on an arrow and shooting it out of an out of tune bow. Will keep for extras or a "just in case" moment

We always recommend starting with a bare shaft tune, as we demonstrate in the tuning video on our YouTube channel, since the 1Vane can interact differently with dynamic spine than conventional vanes.

On sound, we understand that perceived noise can vary by setup. Our independent testing has shown the 1Vane performs very well in the frequencies most relevant to a deer’s hearing, even when the sound may be perceived differently by the shooter. Super quick fletch for the 5.0’s and haven’t had any movement so far with just running the micros with no glue or tape. Flying pretty great. Definitely spinning much faster than a 2-3° offset and I think I notice tighter groups. Consider me sold on the idea.
